We had a terrific Christmas at our house. Family, friends, and great food.
One of my favorite gifts this year is the mini bowl for my blender.
Creamy peanut butter in 45 seconds. Amazing,Good things come in small packages.
Tonight we delivered the last batch of Christmas presents so I can finally post the fun I had making them.

Baby back ribs!
When I was little my parents had that scary pressure cooker with the wobbly pressure valve that everyone thought would fly off and kill someone. The only thing that I remember being cooked in it was stuffed bell peppers (blech!!).
Now that I’m a big girl and have my very own not scary pressure cooker, I realize there is so much more that you can do with it.
Got this beauty from the in-laws many moons ago and let it sit in the cabinet for a year or so before I figured it all out. Now I can’t live without it–I’ve even replaced parts–it’s that precious to me. It’s not electric neither which is important to me too.
AND it’s never had a green bell pepper anywhere near it!
Can’t wait to eat some ribs.
